Google Services Integration

When you connect your Google account to timepeep, we may access:

  • Google Calendar: Read and write access to calendar events for synchronization purposes
  • Meeting Creation: Ability to create Google Meet meetings on your behalf
  • Basic Profile Information: Name and email address for account identification

How We Use Google Data:

  • To display your existing calendar events alongside timepeep bookings
  • To check your availability and prevent double-booking
  • To create calendar events for new bookings
  • To send calendar invitations to your clients

Google API Disclosure: timepeep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google data for the purposes described above and do not use it for advertising purposes.

Revoking Access: You can disconnect Google services at any time from your timepeep account settings or from your Google Account permissions page.

Microsoft Services Integration

When you connect your Microsoft account to timepeep, we may access:

  • Outlook Calendar: Read and write access to calendar events for synchronization
  • Basic Profile Information: Name and email address for account identification

How We Use Microsoft Data:

  • To synchronize your Outlook calendar with timepeep
  • To check availability and manage bookings
  • To create calendar entries for appointments

Revoking Access: You can disconnect Microsoft services from your timepeep account settings or from your Microsoft Account permissions page.

Zoom Integration

When you connect your Zoom account to timepeep, we may access:

  • Meeting Creation: Ability to create Zoom meetings on your behalf
  • Basic Profile Information: Name and email for account identification

How We Use Zoom Data:

  • To automatically generate Zoom meeting links for virtual appointments
  • To include meeting details in booking confirmations

Revoking Access: You can disconnect Zoom from your timepeep account settings or from the Zoom App Marketplace.

Stripe Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment:

  • Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers
  • Stripe may collect additional information as described in their Privacy Policy
  • We receive transaction confirmation details (amount, status, last four digits of card) for record-keeping

  • OAuth Tokens: Retained while the integration is active; deleted upon disconnection

Account Deletion

  • Backup copies may be retained for an additional 30 days
